Product Leadership · Enterprise SaaS | Platforms | AI
I lead product teams, and I build the tools that give them room to think.
I’ve spent 15 years on the business side of software products: pricing, operations, and the systems that connect them. I led product for a $100M+ public safety SaaS division through its move to the cloud, and I’m now leading a company-wide identity platform at Tyler Technologies. Lately, a lot of my time goes into building AI tools that help product teams move faster.

Tyler Technologies
Identity platform for 200+ products
I’m leading the strategy and rollout of one identity layer for employees and citizens across Tyler’s whole portfolio. The new architecture costs about 90% less than the old model, and our savings models help product leaders decide what to move first.

AI tooling for product teams
I built a personal operating system on Claude Code, connected to Jira, Confluence, Coda and Office 365. It saves me 5–10 hours a week, and I’ve packaged it up so dozens of others can use it too. One workflow keeps 15,000 community ideas and 120,000+ votes in a searchable library.

Public Safety Division
On-prem to multi-tenant SaaS
I led our public safety products (dispatch, field mobile and records) from on-prem to multi-tenant SaaS. The cloud customer base grew 10× from 2022 to 2025, and revenue per customer grew 1.5–2×. I built the segmentation tooling we used to decide who to move first.
We rebuilt our field reporting product as multi-tenant SaaS, with automated CI/CD, team-owned DevOps and AI built in. Implementation effort dropped 90%, and we started winning more deals.

WorkForce Software
Launching the WorkForce Suite
Our products each had their own login, and customers ran 8–12 months behind our latest release. I designed and launched the WorkForce Suite: one sign-in, one monthly release, and a hub that brought tasks to people across four products. Customers caught up to within 1–2 months, and we signed 3 of our 5 largest customers within six months of launch.

03 · Building
Outside of work, I build things with AI. Some are for my family, some are just to learn, and a few have real users.
A concept I’m launching to promote charitable giving through competitive generosity. Fans pledge per stat their team records, and the two fanbases race to give during the game. Every number on screen is money, so I built it to be honest about what’s been promised and what’s actually been given.

I started my career building pricing models out of giant spreadsheets of part numbers. Each one took a week or two, so I taught myself SQL and VBA and automated most of it, cutting the time by about 95%. That’s still how I work: find the waste, build the tool, and share it so it helps more than just me.
Since then I’ve been an integration lead, a platform product director, and head of product for a nine-figure division. The thread through all of it is the business behind the product: pricing, operations, customer advisory boards, scorecards. I think the best product managers act as the glue that keeps all of that connected.
These days a lot of my energy goes into AI. I founded Tyler’s AI in Product Management community of practice, where we share tools and practices that give busy product people time back to think. Texas A&M BBA, Information & Operations Management.
I’m always happy to talk about product, platforms, or how teams are putting AI to work. Or start with my AI agent. It knows my background and can go deeper on anything here.
